Whoops, I did not see your question yet. Sorry

SuRun does not have a special handling for Resume on restart Programs.

If the Auto-Run is started by Explorer (current user: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, Start Menu "Startup") then SuRun should detect the resume and ask to start the program with elevated rights.
If the Auto-Run is executed by services.exe (HKLM, All Users Startmenu "Startup") then SuRun will not detect the Auto-Run.

In any case if an Auto-Run complains about missing privileges, you can fix this by choosing "Restart as Administrator" from the Program's System Menu.

Hope that helped.

Kay
Thanks so much for the response!
For some applications that require elevated privileges and a reboot during the install, only to need elevated privileges again after reboot, how do you handle that with SuRun?

Typically when the computer restarts, the elevated session under which the setup was running is gone so it restarts the remaining elements of the setup with standard privileges, and the program fails. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Michael
