Kay In Windows <6 (2000, XP, 2003) the system must be restarted after Installation/Update. This is required because SuRunExt.Dll is injected into services.exe and a reboot is the only chance to unload/reload SuRunExt. In Windows Vista/7 you just need to log off. SuRun keeps all settings when updating.

Kay "InstallSuRun /INSTALL" started from a real administrator account will do the silent update. "InstallSuRun /INSTALL<PathAndFileName>" will do an initial installation with settings from <PathAndFileName>.
